Besides making all the internal roads motorable, Optiven has also installed a massive solar-powered water tower with massive tanks and proceeded to connect every plot to water, allowing all owners here to literary have endless water flow 24/7 courtesy of the #GoGreenNaOptiven agenda.

What this new Electricity Connection development means to Garden of Joy clients:

1. Your property value is now better and the valuation has gone up to Ksh.1.85M per property. We will however maintain our prices at Ksh. 1.495M for all cash buying clients.

2. Customers can only pay smaller fee to Kenya Power to tap the power to their respective palatial homes.

3. This is the final delivery of our promise to customers at the Garden of Joy - Machakos County.
