Did you know that for every minute you get angry, you loose a cool sixty seconds of your happiness? Thing is, why is happiness is so elusive to many people? If it can be achieved, then happiness is worth of pursuit at any cost. Here are a few nuggets for you to be happy.
* Be involved with people who have similar goals to yours. Happy people surround themselves with others who have similar goals. This will boost your positive energy.
* Practice Your Hobbies. There's a lot of happiness in doing what you like. More often than not, the outcome is good. It thus gives you a great sense of achievement
* Be benevolent. By giving to others, you appreciate that you value humanity. Giving also boosts your endorphins making you healthier.
